Greeneville Inn and Suites

This was a last minute stop, very different from where we would normally stay. Just walking to our room should have told me to run. The other rooms we passed (4 at least) were not occupied but the front windows in the room were open so you could see they were disgusting! We went into our room and.. I don’t even know what the smell was, everything was compounded with dirt, scum, and mold. The adjoining room door was ajar but they put a microwave in front of it. Not quite sure why..but it certainly would not stop the other room occupants from coming thru if they wanted. The bathroom..it was just idk how to verbally explain the bathroom. Gross just gross! You would not want to take a shower in there. Just being in there is awful enough but you would not want to stand on the floor of the shower. We went in for a couple minutes and promptly LEFT! I stated to them “we are not staying for reasons I’m sure they are aware of.” He looked confused. Really? I relayed the reasons of which there are many…he asked if I want to try another room. Yeaahhh NO! I was told I wouldn’t get my money back…I’m good with that, (fyi Expedia is taking care of it) As we were leaving I noticed pieces of the roof falling off. We were tired from our travel and didn’t notice on the way in. Sorry about the long review but this place should be shut down for many reasons. Extremely nasty, horribly dirty and just plain dangerous.

The place is under construction so you can’t be picky of the cleanliness but staff was super nice. Our sink had a leak and when we got moved rooms we got downgraded and the quality isn’t as great but like I said it’s cheap and convenient.

Place was clean and had everything needed for a couple night stay!

It looked pretty front lady was very nice and inviting.

The bed was so uncomfortable and the room hadn't been swept.

I love this hotel. Its my favorite one in greeneville by far. Its always super clean and the staff are always accommodating and friendly.

They're still completing the remodeling. Looks like it will be done soon, though

TBH was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Stains on bed spreads, marks on the walls, etc. A/C controls were so worn I didn’t know what to turn it to.

The place wasn't very clean (I even found some underwear on the floor) and the air in my room didn't work.
