Greeneville Inn and Suites

Great value. Good location. Friendly staff. Nice room and comfortable bed.

Hallways were enclosed with open doors on each end (no AC). Really warm and humid to walk in and out to parking or lobby. Only one Ice machine and it didn’t work. Had to drive to pick up a couple cups of ice.

The only thing that was nice about this property were the images online and the staff was friendly.

The stairs leading to my room were muddy and almost every step had cracked tile. Right out side my room was a group of cigarette and Pot smokers. My room smelt like cigarette smoke and we could hear the people outside our room talking all night. Stains on the linen, hair on towels, hair in tub, and a cigarette hole in my blanket. I was there alone with my daughter and we had to sleep the a chair up against the door because if I was able to fall asleep I’m a hard sleeper. But I didn’t have to worry about that because the beds were so uncomfortable. Definitely the worst experience for my first time in Greenville.

The stairs to the second floor are totally a mess to the point I didn't want to walk up them. dirty and looked to be falling apart. I had one towel to use normally at least 2 towels. Lobby was beautiful room was clean

Not enough shower chairs to use. They only have one. The ice machine was broken.

The front counter person was friendly and accommodating .

The stairs leading up to the upper floor was disgusting and needs maintenance. The down spout in my tub requires maintenance as it disconnected from the shower wall when I pulled on the diverter knob

This is a property that was very high class at one time - but over the decades it has not been maintained well. The room itself was nice as was the lobby and the staff was friendly. The pool was in good shape, but the grounds were full of weeds and the exterior was in poor condition. It was a good value for what we paid - so no complaint. If the property was renovated, it would probably be a center for meetings again since it had three banquet / meeting rooms.

Cold A/C

Bathroom sink didn’t work, shower clogged, no secure entrance from main outside door, overall dirty, upstairs has hvac vent exhaust into the covered walkway = sauna! Trash overflowing in the common areas, 2 towels per room and no replacements due to issues w laundry

Beautiful lobby!

The pool was not open because the pH level was not high enough. We chose this property for the pool. Very disappointed!
