Chunks of hair floating in pool, dirty stained towels, mildew in bathtub. Horrible 10/10 WILL NOT GO BACK, hot tub under construction

Absolutely nothing!

The fact that the hotel room had stains on the carpet and gross smell. I walked into the room turned around n walked right back out. I politely mentioned to the lady at the desk that the carpet was stained and there was an odor and asked for my money back. She had just rang my card 5min prior but refused to reimburse me
