Large, comfortable rooms. Fantastic location. Friendly staff.

Underwhelming breakfast.

The room was very spacious. There was a good selection for breakfast. It was right on the tram line which was very convenient to get around.

Good location right on tram line. Great continental breakfast. Unlimited coffee and well stocked kitchen. Spacious room and comfy bed.

Tram was a bit noisy when trying to sleep.

The bathroom counter was unusually low. Sound transfer from room to room could be better but it is an older building.

It was right on the trolly line and easy to get downtown. The spaciousness and colorfulness of the room with a full kitchen was an unexpected surprise. A balcony that overlooked the street made some good people watching. There was no noise from the street. The full breakfast in the lobby was filling and delicious. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The fan in the bathroom ran every time you walked into the bathroom

I booked mainly for the location and free parking but turns out there's still a bit of a walk to the main area of the NW and the parking is first come, first serve, so hit or miss. There was a well stocked kitchen, seating area and a work area but room was still a bit gloomy, felt a bit dingy and had a really off putting smell. Mattress felt very old, and the noise from the lobby made it tough to sleep. For my purposes it was not worth the extra cost. If you need a bigger room, and kitchen it might be worth the price but next time I'll go with the Silver Cloud.
