Days Inn by Wyndham Sturbridge

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived a group in the lobby was drinking and swearing loudly with a young child was present. We had to ask for a second room after the guest looked like the beds had been slept in and grass was in the bed. The person who gave us keys to the second room appeared to be related to the group hanging out in the lobby because they kept hollering at him and called him one of the other children’s brother. Maybe they all live on site? If so, very concerning that Day’s Inn allows this. The second room at least had clean beds but the bathrooms had not been cleaned well because there were random hairs all through the bathrooms. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work and the refrigerator obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Our cooler items stayed right in the cooler. We didn’t want to stay but it was so late we just wanted to get a few hours of sleep. We used to stay here all the time when traveling through but never again.

The room was dusty like the room wasn’t used for awhile. The property was set back with no real signs.

Great experience

This place needs a makeover. Beds, sheets, mattresses all worn out, no pillow cases, only 1bath towel. Dining area was a mess at 6am. Every garbage can full & counters a mess. Don’t understand why this wasn’t cleaned by night staff. Check-in staff were friendly & helpful but this doesn’t compensate for the sad state of this hotel

Disgusting! Cigarette burns all over bed linens. Food or bodily fluids on wall. Smells like cigarettes. Gross!! Waiting for a refund. Left as soon as I checked in.

large breakfast advertised, as i was traveling this was the nain attraction for me ti select this location. the. breakfast provided was little debbie snacks individually wrapped in plastic this is a significant difference between what was advertised.
