Did not stay there. Place was filthy. Do not recommend.

It was hard to find and I was told there was a gym inside and there was no gym.

Our sheets were dirty and there was someones hair on our pillowcases. They did give us a different room which seemed cleaner.

I booked this hotel before the terrible reviews started rolling in. Room was dingy, no cleaning done during our stay, loud people in the lobby after hours. We cut our stay short by one night. We let them know a couple of days before, made sure it was ok, the manager assured us they would take care of giving us the extra night refund. Checked my credit card statement a few days later --no refund. They won't answer the phone. They didn't answer when Expedia called, either. Room smelled like an old smoker's house, even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking.

Staff was rude. Room was dirty and I was charged twice for my room resulting in a hold on my credit card.

In our room we were only given half a roll of toilet paper and could never find someone to ask for another roll. One of the towels was ripped and should have been trashed and not put for use for another costumer. Our king size bed had 3 pillows for 2 people to share.

It served its purpose! Definitely overpriced for what it is.

stayed here to attend Brimfield antique show which is a very close 20 minutes away so location was great.

outdated and the pillows were awful . Mattress doesn’t fit properly on the bed and there is no headboard . The room had a wire hanging on the wall which was an old photo that once hung up there. Elevator makes a creepy noise going up and breakfast was a joke- terrible coffee
