“No animals allowed” but a dog was always present with a couple that was always in the lobby. Wanted extra rowels but but were not permitted without turning in the ones we had. Shower water was brown

I like that the hotel is located near convenient places to eat.

I didn’t like how the rooms are advertised that there’s balconies rooms which there isn’t any balconies at all and the pool is also not available. I also didn’t feel comfortable seeing the huge water leak in the main lobby when I first arrived that was there the entire 3 day stay. My original room had a non working ac unit and had to ask to be re roomed. This type of stuff in my opinion should be checked by staff before they make a room available to be booked because if they didn’t have the extra room to accommodate me then it would have been an inconvenience on my leisure as a paying guest.

Nothing went well. The only positive thing I can say is the lady at the front desk she was friendly.

Everything could have been better. I was disappointed because the pictures online made the place seem so much better. When we got there, the lobby was dirty and the ceiling was leaking, they had buckets on the floor collecting the water that was coming from the ceiling. The whole facility smelt bad, it was a lingering smell that followed you even when you left the hotel. When we went to our room the smell was strong and there was still garbage from who knows when in our trash can. So who knows how often the rooms get cleaned. The room description online did not match the room at all. We were so uncomfortable and the smell was horrible we didnt even spend the night. Im just very upset that I spent the money and couldn't even enjoy the hotel like we had planned. We got there got ready and checked right out and drove back home.

The bathroom was not clean. Front Desk not friendly and breakfast area was not stocked enough.

Basic roadside hotel. Felt more like a motel. Cheap enough but lacks any warmth and welcoming. Pros were clean bed and workable AC. Free parking. Cons were rust residue in toilet bowl, thin walls and loud neighbors, no hot water at breakfast for tea or oatmeal. Police were questioning the desk manager when I arrived ! Avoid this hotel if you can. If you don’t care then stay

You must ask the day before for room to be cleaned otherwise they don’t do it.

Unfortunately there was nof friendly reception just the opposite was asked could I help you and I stated that i had a reservation everdentally she did hear me and raised her voice and asked again then asks for an ID and proceeded to slap it on the desk i was very uncomfortable good help is hard to find
