Small dirty room, stained bathtub, toilet seat loose and sliding, dirty sheets. we had to get up early and we arrived late for a lacrosse tournament in Amherst, but disgusting room. No headboard

Dirty. Room wasnt cleaned. Spilled sticky substance all over the table. Sheets stained. Loud almost yelling people until 2am. Section 8 dwellers and i even got to see a drug deal when me and my son were going to my truck to go out for breakfast.

Front desk clerk was friendly. Room was comfortable and cozy. Clean and quiet.

Your front desk person was nice She didn’t have any teeth- maybe give your employee some better benefits

Our room wasn’t clean. We had dirty towels , the bed didn’t fit the platform, it had cigarette holes in the sheets and bed. The couch and “window seat” had human fluids on them. The floor wasn’t even vacuumed or the bathroom cleaned. For $200, I should at least had clean towels.

Hello, I have been waiting for someone with Expedia to reach back to me. The experience at Days Zion was the eorst I’ve ever experienced in my 50+ years of traveling The front check cell was rude, the inside of the property was filthy, the rooms were awful, the sheets had stains on them, carpets not vacuumed, went to ask for a new room, some worker named Jamie started yelling at me, I was afraid to stay there, had to ask to cancel my reservation and asked for my money back, tried to call Expedia and Days Inn Inc. About this awful experience I had to rebook through Expedia for another place to stay I’ve noticed I’ve been charged and I want my money back and for a human to call me back 902-802-3951 Leo
