Norwood Inn & Suites Worthington

I highly recommend this place for a cozy and comfortable stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the room is spacious, and the surroundings are peaceful. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge. A true gem! The perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

My husband and I stayed here on March 28th and I actually paid for three nights but only stayed one night, because it was so miserable and we didn't sleep. My husband and I were so uncomfortable that we decided that we couldn't stay another night in this horrible place. I read a review from someone else that said Do not stay here and he was very right. They wouldn't even refused to refund our money for the nights we didn't stay. I will tell you not to waste your money on this dump. It should be closed.

Staff great, friendly and brought an extra blanket to room. Bed comfortable, appliances worked. There was only coffee at 7 for "continental breakfast," no coffee cups in the room for the coffee maker, NO WATER AVAILABLE IN THE TUB/SHOWER, light switch not working in bathroom (used heat light) and the only outlet in our room would not hold a plugin. Renovations were underway, but needed more to be done to be acceptable.

Filthy, cable was horrible, it stunk and freezer was frozen over, bathroom was dirty

Perfect Location.Very reasonable rates-that includes Breakfast. Staffs are really helpful with all our questions and very responsive to whatever we needed.The bathroom was spacious.

The price at the location is reasonable, but NEVER book a stay at this location through Expedia... EXPEDIA charged me $20 MORE for the room than what I would have got it for by calling the property direct... I have a receipt to prove it (and Expedia refused to refund the difference).

We had a car accident in a severe snowstorm, so we arrived early. The staff at the desk looked after us very well and was quite accommodating. The front desk personnel was excellent in answering my questions about accommodations, and a lady, another staff member was very friendly, she also showed us the way to our room and It was so nice to arrive here with such a welcoming staff after such a horrible morning; it brightened up the entire day. I'm thankful to all of them!

Rooms were stinky, carpets was dirty, bathroom needs to be redone and wall panels replaced due to mold and uncleanliness

The manager is rude and gives attitude and I want his bosses info and I don’t like the fact that the worker there at night stinks like really bad and he is also rude and I would not recommend because there is this crackhead going into our rooms randomly
