Norwood Inn & Suites Worthington

They are remodeling, they say. But the place smelled stale or moldy. Would never recommend going. We did not stay and went elsewhere.

Not much to like about it. If you stay here check everything. First room I was put into was absolutely trashed. Second room smelt like it was their personal smoking room. One thing that was good was the bed was made nicely. Shower floor was absolutely disgusting, didn’t even shower there didn’t trust the water and ended up just getting a different hotel. Do better and clean up the place a bit. Sorry not sorry

to start with they checked someone else into our room before we even got there, we did get another room, the bathroom had no towels, the light in the bathroom didn't work,the coffee pot in the room didn't work and no coffee in the lobby,TV had like 6 channels and there was dogs barking all night everytime someone went down the hall, signs in the hall for wet floor from dogs pee in the hall and the parking lot had sink holes all over ..not a good place to stay at all

From the moment I made my reservation, I knew I was in for a special experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. When I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the place. The rooms were even more stunning than they looked in the pictures, and the amenities were beyond compare. I had an unforgettable stay, and I can't wait to return.

So dirty, hair in the beds, no towels, bed sizes not as advertised. Carpet ripped up, stinky... but thw staff was very friendly and helpful

Absolutely horrible, room we booked was not available to us. Building was Absolutely filthy, in very terrible condition, almost no lighting, bugs crawling throughout the place.. had to leave without getting any refund.

The room was dirty. Actually had a pair dirty socks. The toilet didn’t flush. The bathroom door permanently locked. The manager put a piece of tape over the latch to keep her t unlocked.there was a roach trap in the corners. They didn’t have the room I booked and didn’t notify me until check in. Would not stay again.

Lacked trash basket in room, also cups. No coffeemaker,, poor TV reception, pitiful breakfast choices.

This hotel has seen better times.

With in 3 minutes of being in my room I stepped in a glue board that had a dead mouse in it. The entire building faintly reeks of smoke.
