Econo Lodge Flagstaff East I-40

Room one (116) stank, smelled musty and as if it had been smoked in during the not-so-distant past. Neither the television or the phone worked. I changed rooms. Room two (126) was less musty and the equipment worked. Hotel advertises high-speed internet but I barely got one bar and was unable to access internet on any of my devices. Hotel staff person (young lady) was oblivious to the issue and just shrugged her shoulders.

The price for the room was good front desk staff are awesome

Location, I wanted down stairs rooms but all they had were upstairs d rooms and im a Senior Citizen.

Took me 3 times to get the right room. First one was in front of the pool that was super noisy. The key didn't work. Then got another room and the door was broken. Last room key finally worked. Towels had stains on them. Sheet had holes in it. And when I walked to my room there was an intoxicated man on the stairs. Should have asked for a refund. Worst place EVER!! Would love a partial refund.
