"Bad stay for a week day."

Nothing.

The bed was poor quality. No shampoo or conditioner. I usually bring my own this time I did not. The TV and remote didnt work. The staff had poor customer service. One was on his personal cell while I was checking in. Complementary breakfast would have been nice with such a large waiting area.

"Don't stay if you value hygiene."

Room had not been clean. Dirty sheets, hair and stains on them. Bed cover had many holes in them. Sent pictures to my google review. I did not stay after 1 hour of checking in and the hotel kept part of my money even though I am sure the manager would not have stayed with his wife and two kids in a room like I was offered.

Dirty. Stained. Damaged.

Book here because the hotel we normally stay at isn’t part of Choice Hotel anymore. There’s no breakfast anymore, just coffee & tea. Walls are thin and there is a need for maintenance. Beds were fine.
