No breakfast offered,did get free coffee . And was close my destination .

It was cheap.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work. The chair was heavily stained. There was food in fridge from previous guest.

The staff was decently nice

There was mouse poop in the nightstand drawer, walls were filthy, and the bathroom didn’t seem like it’d been cleaned very well.

It was so dirty. The lady at check in was rude when I asked if we could switch to a non smoking room since it never said it was a smoking room when I booked it. But then she said that because we booked through a third-party, she can’t change anything and that we could just go somewhere else if we wanted. The blankets had cigarette hole burns in them, one of the pillows had a blood stain on it. Anytime someone used the bathroom of the room above us. It was so loud. I wish I could attach more photos and videos.
