The manager the facility the price the service. He was rude to me rude to another couple. This business should be removed from this app. An immigrant himself called me a POC everything but the N word. NEVER EVER GO HERE

After receiving the worst customer service both on site at the "hotel" And via 3 phone reps. All exhibiting complete unprofessionalism, compassion or any basic sense of common sense. And sadly zero empathy on a scale I am almost embarrassed to share with your company. We booked online. We are homeless. We slept in the woods the previous night. Then after 16 hours of walking, riding buses trying to get enough money for a room. We book it online  Only to be told you needed $40 more for a deposit that was not declared on the website The employees obtuse attitude and indifference as to what would happen to us as a result was disgusting. We had no more money to pay. And we were offered a full refund. And that would have sufficed except our refund comes back in days vs the instant payment taking all of our money. Sure we would be reimbursed. But in the meantime we literally would need to go sleep in the woods for three night waiting? My wife has cancer. It's Autumn. But hey, you did you due diligence right? Insulting enough. Let's keep going. The clerks attitude to not contact a manager as we asked and pleased him to do must be trained by corporate. The two phone reps claimed the same ridiculous and insulting mantra. There's no supervisor to speak with So apparently the 20 year old clerk on site. And both the embarrassing and disrespectful employees at your call center are in charge, oversee and run your corporation? Seems plausible. But their attitudes and disrespect talking to us as if we did wrong were foul. If I was their parents I would be ashamed. After an hour of this. Hour number 17 remember. We got $40. Yay Thank you for being an abhorrent shockingly sad excuse for a company seated in a field of customer relations But hey we got our room!! I sit down to try and remove my boots and tumble backwards in the chair in the room hitting my head How? The chair was missing a castor. That's a wheel.

Even though this was a none smoking room, it was quite obvious that smoking occurred in this room. The smell was terrible, to the point we vacated the room at 3:30 in the morning because we couldn't take the smell anymore. Also, the shower was filthy and there was mold on the shower curtain. Showering was not an option!

I've used this business several times in the past and I can't say ive been disappointed ! Place is clean and economically priced ! I will use it again !

My second stay, two nights this time. Overall great. Phone in room did not work and cell was sketchy so I had to walk out to the desk in my PJs to get an issue resolved (needed WIFI code as mine had expired). Bathtub drain backed up somewhat as I was showering. Otherwise great stay. Thanks for the 2 extra pillows as I requested, I really need them.

Great price. Basic room. No problem.
