SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Mammoth Lakes

I did not like that I could hear every person that will walking on the hallway.

Found this for an overnight driving through. Very outdated, had no elevator, horrible parking, loud music right outside our window from workers. Very expensive for what you got. I'd pay more for somewhere nicer

Good breakfast, very clean and comfortable room, central location

Very bad internet connection, needs a secure reliable internet connection. Lack of parking --- not enough spaces for the number of guest rooms. Really needs an elevator.

La chambre non faite pour la deuxième nuit. Pas de réponse à nos mails envoyés! Jacuzzi inopérant. Pas d insonorisation. Extrêmement bruyant!

Room was nice clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable.

hôtel miteux, salle du petit déjeuner en sous-sol, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas , il n’était même pas rempli.les occupants des chambre voisine était très bruyant, dont un écouter de la musique à fond et fumer de la marijuana. Cette odeur de marijuana envahissait notre chambre et notre salle de bain où nous avons retrouvé des poils dans la douche, notre chambre était cassé, c’est vraiment inacceptable de louer ce genre de chambre, je demande à Booking un remboursement de cette chambre. C’est honteux de proposer ça sur notre site.

Tiny room with noisy A/C unit blasting directly at the bed, had to put chair in front of it to divert flow. Bed comfortable, shower nice flow and good temperature control. No freezer compartment in fridge, but it worked well and was not noisy. Remote for TV wonky, volume hard to control. Breakfast in basement windowless room, similar offerings to most BW properties, but potatoes and eggs both barely warm, and likely kept over from day to day. Hallways narrow and dim. Just a tired place, but comfy bed and good shower. Very small bathroom recently remodeled, but sink drain smelled distinctly of mildew. Everything in Mammoth is overpriced, this very modest place no exception. We were there in summer, not during ski season.
