Liked the coffee machine in the lobby. We had two rooms. In one room: TV did not work and the hotel clerk already knew about it when we checked in. The breakfast area was a windowless room. When we left, there was only a tele kiosk to say goodbye to us! The kiosk had a credit card reader and screen for a video call. We prefer to not end a hotel stay with a Zoom call. The person working remotely did not speak English well enough to understand the problems with the rooms. The General Manager replied that it can be hard to hire local people due to the high cost of living. She had some good ideas to make the breakfast room more attractive. But then she added "Please do enjoy our beautiful mountain at another hotel"! That is certainly an option

Czysto, cicho, miło. Najlepszy chleb jaki jadłam w Stanach.(załapaliśmy się na ostatnie 2 kromki :) Śniadanie dobre, było coś na ciepło. Lokalizacja ok. Blisko głównej ulicy. Nie zwiedzaliśmy, nie wiem co jeszcze jest w Obłużu, gdyż był to przystanek w podróży dalej.

updated and clean rooms. plenty of space and ammennities for us to be very comfortable.

Room was spacious and clean, communal space corridors not so clean. Staff could have been abit more welcoming. A suggestion would be to put a water station in the lobby area for guests. Finally less plastic, cutlery was very flimsy and hard to use,

Good location and helpful staff.

Rooms could have a couple of more lights around the TV console area. Not a big deal but would be good to have.

Breakfast was promised at 6:30 and no one showed up to start prepping the breakfast until after 7:00. At 10:00 pm people were playing in the hallway for at least 30 minutes
