Breakfast was delayed by more than an hour on one of the mornings. TV didn’t work in our room

Staff was friendly, restaurant was good. Location was good and room was clean, Price was fair.

Heat/AC fan was excessively loud, enough to wake us up everytime it came on which was often as it was cold at night, Sounded like a loud knocking noise before it got up to speed as if the fan motor was on it's last leg, Thin walls, Could hear the next room making noise, Pool and spa were inoperable and lack of outside lighting in that area that leads to the dining/breakfast area.

Air conditioning system was so noisy I couldn’t sleep well

We had a queen room and a pull out couch which was perfect for three people. Room was clean and pretty spacious for our group. Parking and breakfast were both included as well.

Bathroom was a little small. The heater in our room was so loud that we ended up not using it at night, but it was fine during the day.

The coffee machine in the lobby!! the staff , the room , despite some obvious small issues was nice.

There was a lot of dirt and debris , long hairs on the floor. The electrical socket (GFCI) in the bathroom was loose in the FRAMING. During the remodel, a new door lock mechanism was installed, but the strike plate was not modified to allow the deadbolt to work. The sliding door to the bathroom is a good idea. However, it seemed rather awkwardly too large and protruded into the bedroom area quite a bit, which was a hazard to getting up in the night to use the restroom. The Best thing to ever do with such a bathroom door is to make it a pocket door. I will definitely consider staying here in the future. Especially if the price can match or better that offered by Motel 6.
