Esther was super nice and very helpful and took my feelings into consideration thankfully, she was a staff on the day that the incident happened

That online it said that it was a Roland ⚡️ shower that had all the accessibility for a person who needed access and it wasn’t

Location

It was super hot in the hotel and the A/C in our room didn’t work very well, so it was a but stuffy at night. Not very happy with that but I didn’t have another option.
