The employees are rude, they make you wait over 45 min for your deposit back. The rooms are dirty, mine had roaches. Also my ac didn’t work on one room. We changed to another & the door was broken. So our key card didn’t work, sure made us go back & forth over 3 times.

Good access to highway. 15 minutes from downtown. Staff was nice, helpful, trustworthy.

Clear foundation issues with the building. HUGE cracks in the walls. Rooms need a deep cleaning. Dirt in the corner of the bathroom. Someone else’s hair in the tub. Bed was very hard.

The coffee was good.

I don't like powder eggs. You did not have biscuits and gravy. The sausage was rubbery. serve bacon instead of sausage.

Easy access to location

The bathroom toilet is way too small and low. The toilet needs to be taller and elongated. Also the bathroom needs a hand rail so when sitting down and standing up the person using the toilet can grab the handle bar to sit or stand up. I have a bad hip and struggled sitting down and standing back up. The pillows were not very comfortable but the bed was nice. A little hard but comfortable
