Was to stay for a week - left after night 1 - dirty place - my feet were black after showering and walking barefoot in the room - smears of half dried something on the bed board. Just outside of my room, on the grass behind the hotel, there was a party until well after midnight with alcohol and drug use (appeared to be weed and something from a pipe with foil when I looked out of my window) that was reported twice to the front desk and it seemed really like no one really cared. Doors slammed at all hours. Very unclean, noisy place with sketchy characters utilizing drugs outside of my window. Asked for refund as I am not responsible for these things and asked to address it, but no refund. I won't stay at a Baymont or associated hotels in the future.

Location to town & bed was comfortable.

Staff was impossible to find twice in 24 hours. There was even another group waiting in the lobby who assumed I was the attendant because she was no where to be found and didn't care to answer the phone that was placed on the desk to get the attendants help. This place really needs to hire more people, having an unmanned front desk is not safe for the patrons or business. Breakfast was inedible by 8am, everything tasted and looked like plastic, i'll be paying the extra to stay at the Red Lion next time.

The pool and Sauna were the highlights for a soccer tournament stay. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical. Parking was decent and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Bath towels in rooms were nice and plush unlike your typical motel style.

Definitely felt price gauged as the normal rate was increased by 3x the normal due to a soccer tournament in town on those days. Paid over $300/night! Just worth noting they don’t do a daily clean of room and if you have a room in the 100s it’s more of a basement floor not main floor with reception area.

Excellent breakfast!!! Poop, sauna and jacuzzi!
