Baymont by Wyndham Tri-Cities/Kennewick WA

I love the location as it’s close to where I am visiting. I also am glad the gas station right there was repaired and very easy to get in and out of. I’m very thankful you’ve always let me pay $25 and get in early around 1 o’clock Which is helpful for my long drive. Friendly staff and very appealing lounging room as you enter.

119 needs a hairdryer adjustment, cause it keeps falling out of where it is supposed to be held up. The prongs are too loose; either the bottle didn’t have much in it or wasn’t working, but could barely get enough conditioner and body wash out of those two items in the shower And I think the sink typically shouldn’t keep closing. It should be able to be opened when you push down on that little plunger and I just had to keep pushing it down to let the sink drain. Now if somebody else contacts that would be a handy way to have a sink that way you’d never lose it down The opening.

Good price for everything included with our stay, we checked in late and was still able to speak with someone at the front desk. Easy to find right off the freeway. Breakfast was delicious and provided early enough before we departed. I liked the shampoo/conditioner and showers.

Nothing that we didn’t like for what we needed, we were only there overnight to sleep before getting back on the road home. We would’ve enjoyed the pool if we would’ve had time and brought our swim suits.

The staff was very helpful. The amenities were immaculate. Loved my room, love the fact that I couldn’t hear my neighbors. The bed was comfortable. It didn’t have a fan in the shower, so it seemed to get steamy real easily, but other than that.

This is a very clean, nice hotel with friendly staff.

Would recommend the Baymont by Wyndham to all. The staff, the breakfasts, and the late check out were all excellent in my opinion.
