"Love the close location to family in this area"

Quiet room: was able to check in early since I get up very early to get there.

Had to wait a bit to check out . Had to pick up phone twice. Carpet in hall and stairs really needed a vacuuming but I know clients can be messy and disrespectful. Maybe the stairs aren’t checked often. I’m side and outside is nice looking.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned before my arrival. From check-in to check-out, the experience was substandard in every way. The only reason I didn’t leave immediately was sheer exhaustion after a long drive. I couldn’t wait to check out and will not be returning. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel that values cleanliness and guest comfort.

I wasn't able to stay. Baymont wouldn't change my reservation. I made the request through Expedia less than 24 hrs after I received the confirmation and more than a week prior to the reservation date. My stay needed too one prior to the confirmed reservation. Peoples plans do change due to unforseen circumstances. Wasn't impressed with either Baymoont or Expedia. It's not about the money lost.

Every bit of the stay was horrible. Room was horrible, stunk like urine, unfriendly staff, dirty room, minimal hot water, very noisy cold breakfast and dirty hot tub
