Quiet area. Very nice. Some construction going on specifically in front entrance as of this writing. Rooms look like recently renovated (at least carpeting in my room). Comfy & clean sheets, room equipped with mini fridge & microwave, 3 pillows each per bed, $6 charge for water bottle in room. Although my bathroom could use a bit more scrubbing/detailing. Reception was professional & courteous. Courtyard doesn't offer free breakfast. Lobby has Starbucks Cafe open limited hours. Lots of free parking.

The staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond for me as I was attending a charity event at The Palace at Somerset and requested a shuttle, they accommodated me even though they were not aware of the event, great customer service

We booked with the knowledge that complimentary breakfast would be available, but it was not , the elevator was not working properly for the first 20 minutes after check in also there was blood stains by the light switch , dirty linen on 2 of the beds and no clean linen was offered the next day .

Overall everything like don’t sit a bottle of water in the rooms and charge $6,00 dollars for it up keep the elevators maintained we had a small child and lots of baggage.
