I have asked to have the general manager call me. I am a woman traveling alone. First I found the night manager to be condescending. When I told him holding $100 got 5-10 days was excessive. 2nd, I immediately started having problems with allergies. The room spelled on weed and the fire alarm was blinking red which could be battery issues or was turned off. When I complained at front desk, was given voucher for a free breakfast At 10:30, eggs were cold, no waffles. When I said the eggs were cold, the cook made a new batch of watery half cooked eggs. I have travelled many times over the years. Worst experience ver

No usb ports in lights.

Quiet, clean. Reception staff member in morning friendly and helpful as were the breakfast staff.

Soulless, staff member on reception on arrival not friendly and when I asked if there was a local map just told no - no admission that there should be local information available. Restaurant food at dinner limited (several dishes on menu unavailable). Not good enough for member of large organisation.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

It’s a little dated and could use some modernization & updates.
