Very clean had a sense of elegance

Was confusing getting around, lack of signs showing where to go. I’ve no idea if there was a pool.

Went to a corporate area on the weekend so it would be quiet. 2 adults watching 11 kids in the pool and using the safety rings as toys. Couldn’t even go to the hot tub, it was shut down. Only buffet breakfast available on the weekends

Terrible stay. Had to change rooms 3 TIMES because the first was so dirty with used rags in bathroom, second had a disgusting smell and the third I was told was an upgrade but I went from a king to two beds instead. At that point I just didn’t feel like going back to complain because clearly I was not being accommodated considering the circumstances. I stayed for two days separately. First day I also had to change rooms and the room I was put in second time was dirty with wallpaper peeling. The staff should have upgraded me especially having to change rooms so much while traveling alone and they saw me struggling with bags and was never once offered help. Apsolutely terrible

We didn't dine in. We did enjoy the bar.

The rooms are showing a bit of wear. I would have appreciated more drawer space and a smaller closet.
