It meets my expectation as a conference center - have some good amenities and nice rooms. Nothing very luxurious though as you can see in many comments that many things are not new, but it does its job. Worth the money.

Some amenities are old indeed. I have no issues with that, but some might. I also enjoy walking around the building to check different areas, but some staff stopped me because some areas were not open. Those areas weren't locked though.
