Toilet stopped working. After 6 PM no maintenance available. Front desk tried but failed. So we had no toilet that night. Had to go downstairs.

When calling the hotel, I was repeatedly told the call could not be completed as dialed. I was not able to call the hotel at all. My girlfriend was not able to complete a call either. Also, $50 for one hour early check in is ridiculous. We had a wedding to be at in the afternoon. Cut it pretty close.
