Nice hotel

The hotel wasn’t ready for us to check in, an hour past the check in time. They were quite unapologetic about this and told us that they overbooked the hotel. The room wasn’t clean, and they didn’t come back to provide fresh towels despite our request. Also upon our return one night, the front desk guy pulled out a knife on other patrons and was verbally aggressive. Could be a perfectly fine hotel if they figured out their staffing issues, stopped overbooking, and hired more cleaners. And perhaps trained their staff to not pull knives on people.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding, towels etc. were of good quality. We requested a very quiet room and were placed in a location well-suited for quiet. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. For our traveling-through needs, the location was excellent.

The fixtures in the bathroom were in need of simple maintenance, nothing serious but a bit surprising. The toilet seat was very loose on the toilet, and the bathtub drain stopper didn't work, so we couldn't take a bath; when we arrived, the stopper was disconnected (unscrewed) from the drain, and even after I screwed the stopper into the drain the stopper wouldn't stay down to plug the drain.

The grounds were very cute and nice. The pool was warm. They had buttered popcorn when you walk in, major plus! And the breakfast buffet was really good! I was Very impressed by that. And the staff were all super nice and accommodating! Really great experience overall and would definitely stay here again when coming back to the area!

Everything was average. Location was great. Pool was heated.

They don’t answer their phone. Room phones don’t work. Still trying to get someone to answer at the front desk to see if they found something I left behind and no answer. Hot tub wasn’t not working .

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very friendly clientele, good location and reasonable price.
