O quarto é otimo e bem espaçoso, no entanto estava bem frio e o quarto não possuia aquecedor... o ar condicionado só esfria.. Fora isso, cafe da manhã incrível, bem servido e atendimento impecável da recepção!

Muy ruidoso, antiguo, cama muy poco cómoda, baño de los años 70. Honestamente, ese hotel necesita ser reformado con urgencia.

The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!

"Ótimo atendimento. "

O espaço dos quartos é um grande diferencial. Apenas a TV é um pouco antiga e a acústica fica prejudicada. O Staff é muito atencioso, a exemplo da funcionária Jade (recepção), que atende muito bem.

Hotel super limpo porém bem antigo, quarto pode melhorar… Academia de quinta categoria, muito velha, aperolhos ruins… Minha dica, comprem uma boa esteira e uma boa bicicleta que já estaria ótimo! Mas todos ruins não dá para um hotel da rede Estamplaza.
