"Exceptional"

All staff are polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and generous. Room is spacious. There is some construction at this moment around the hotel, but that's not their fault. Excellent central location. I will return.

"Decepçao na estadia"

Desta vez, apos varios anos que estive no Stamplaza me decepcione. Fui bem atendida ,mas ao chegar no quarto encontrei o vaso bem sujo. Pedi pra trocar e fui atendida. Percebi que o café da manha tbem mudou e está bem fraco. Pena ! Ja estive varias vezes nessa unidade.

Hotel bom. Falta atualizar algumas coisas como instalar mais tomadas nas cabeceiras da cama, limpeza do sofá que estava bem sujo e melhorar o café da manhã. Tem algumas obras perto que incomodam com o barulhos logo cedo. Melhorar a iluminação do quarto, principalmente dos espelhos, pois minha mulher teve bastante dificuldade para se maquiar.

Positivo - atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, ( atenciosos ) , localização boa. Cama boa , ar condicionado bom. Negativo - não é mais o Estanplaza de antes , café da manhã muito precário , sem reposição. Poucas opções . Equipe pequena . Trocamos de quarto , carpete ruim ) chuveiro sem pressão. Falta de espelho no quarto .
