The manager kept my security deposit claiming the room was “trashed,” which is completely untrue. I thoroughly cleaned the room before checkout—trash was bagged to make it easier for housekeeping, food boxes were removed, and nothing was damaged. The only items left behind were a couple of unpopped balloons and used towels left in the bathroom, which is normal for hotel stays. No photos or evidence were provided to support the claim, and the charge was deducted without discussion. It felt like the cleaning staff didn’t want to do their job and the cost was unfairly passed on to me. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will never stay here again and would caution others about the handling of security deposits.

Love the friendliness of the staff and the fact that the room was so comfortable and clean definitely will be visiting again

The front entrance wasn't working and it was construction tht was going on and keys card to door wasn't working correctly.
