Checkin was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We were staying one night to go fishing the next day. I realize you can’t have the breakfast area opened all the time but to be told you can’t even touch the cereal at 5:30 in the morning is really ridiculous. There was about 6 people there at that time.

"Moldy"

The first floor room felt like it was in a moldy basement. There was a moist film over everything including the carpet and bathroom floor. To cover up the moldy smell they used a strong artificial fragrance that I could almost taste.

"I'll will surely be back."

I loved the fact that this location included breakfast in the cost, in which I didn't have to pay an additional fee. On the contrary, The Holiday Inn Express on Jefferson Rd. Rochester, NY. wanted me to pay an additional $15 plus tax and didn't inform me advance about regarding the extra cost. The staff was very friendly and addressed all of issues and concerns

Everything and everyone exceeded in their job capabilities and capacity. Thank you so much for your hospitality

"Find more customer friendly hotel."

Comfortable bed

We were in town for a triathlon. Needed late check out to be able to come back and shower at noon. We were refused. Only super duper special elite customers might get late check out. Breakfast does not start until 7:30. We had to be to out event by 6:30. No breakfast for us. Coffee was TERRIBLE. Also charged deposit of $50 for potential damage fee that will be returned after check out. So $250 to sleep 8 hours. Didn't even shower. Rip off.
