Holiday Inn Express Irondequoit by IHG

The rooms were clean and we were checked for anything we may need. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfasts were good, but cold.

We could not get into our room at 3:20 so we requested a room change so we could check in and get where we needed to be. First morning for breakfast, no forks were available and then no plates and napkins. The only day we saw tables getting cleaned after each use was Friday morning. That employee was a hard worker and much appreciated by us in the breakfast room.

Great location surrounded by food outlets and stores which was very convenient. We used this hotel as a stop off point between Toronto and New York city so stayed here twice. Both times the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Shout out to Robert who checked us in and made us feel really welcome!

The breakfast was a little basic compared to other hotels we stayed in while travelling this week so we ended up buying fresh food from the Target next door.

The shower/tub was dirty and not up to standards for a hotel.

The location was awful people that live there littering outside did not feel Safe they also charge a 50 charge I case the property was damaged also when we got there the desk helped not know what he was doing because someone quit earlier I will not go back there
