good value and location for my business trip

I really appreciate a good staff who's also kind to their clientele and you had that especially on a July 4 th weekend. Very attentive. Thanks for a great stay.

Checked in late at 10pm at night. Hotel room had a strong odor of Marijuana. Mattresses was stained. Staff was accommodating and switch us rooms. Another family was switching rooms the same time as us and ended up leaving the hotel. We tried the other room - A/C wasn't working and the deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock. We had 2 small children with us and it didn't feel safe not locking it. Decided to leave and stay at another hotel.

The rooms were disgusting. There were dirty towels under the pull out couch. There was food in it and the floor in between the queen beds was soaked! It smelled like weed and over all I was very disappointed. Also, my kids couldn’t go in the pool due to someone breaking the pump.

Good location; rowdy guests made us feel unsafe.

Lighting should be better in the rooms.

Breakfast was average, a good choice of things

The property was surrounded by trash. The receptionist was pretty rude initially and told us the manager had left her to do pretty much everything alone, she was clearly overwhelmed. The manager was of course not reachable. I made the property aware I would be bringing my assistance dogs with me and they did not mention that their stay would cost more than mine! We usually stay at Hampton inn who charge a flat $60 for dogs. The pool was closed without prior warning. The room was not clean and smelt awful. The car park consistently had people sitting in their cars doing drugs. I did not feel safe in this hotel at all and did not feel safe to take my dogs outside to used the bathroom. There were even gun shots in the evening. I contacted booking.com to move us but they did not respond.
