"Messy Suites"

Check in was okay it’s always a hidden deposit. Food was horrible. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was arguing and being messy. Didn’t have a remote to the Tv until 2hrs before I checked out. I asked if I could do a late check and the front desk clerk said no not today. I’m from Arkansas so where they do that at. Just wasn’t comfortable there and want be back.

"Don’t stay here"

Smells and stains everywhere, on everything rugs bathrooms chairs tables even the beds were all dirty and old. We checked out early and we decided to cut our trip short and go home.

Property needs better maintenance around the building as a whole my shower curtains were ripped carpet needs to be cleaned and tubs needs updating. The staff was great very friendly courteous and helpful.

"It was alright I guess"

Breakfast bar was nicely put together, it was nice to have the indoor pool but it wasn't heated

The light in the room didn't work like the main light and then the bathroom was a little beat up for such a big corporation even if it's a franchise location or whatnot you guys got to stay up to date on that stuff also not sure why we got charged $100 fee as out of towners the deposit I mean because we stayed at a comfort inn suites in another state in Indiana that was run by Indians and it was night and day everything the same except it completely clean no issues warm pool
