The 2 ladies working that night were amazing. We had an issue n our room amd they went above and beyond to resolve it!

Did not like anything! It was dirty, the room smelled, showed us another room and it was just as bad. Furniture looked like it was found at a junk sale. People hanging around the hotel looked like transients. Was not safe to say the least! Couldn’t wait to get out of there. We did Not stay, had to walk and find another hotel. Not a way to start a vacation. Expedia this hotel should be taken off of your site! Just terrible. They want to charge me for One night when we never stayed there. Still Waiting to hear if I’m going to get my FULL refund.

Near enough to downtown and Truist for relatively affordable rideshares or driving if you're brave. Rooms likely all have the same odor, given the cleaning staff all having a cigarette addiction. Overall acceptable and no surprises for the price.

It was clean, beds clean, comfortable enough breakfast sparse, but waffles and sausages were good. The water was nice and hot, and the spa tub sounded like it was on its last leg.The refrigerator worked.

The pool was closed and very small, and there was rust on all the lamps. The shower head was gapped away from the wall. This hotel is not close to any Marta bus stops. Plan to Uber or have own transportation. There weren't enough lights around the spa tub. Most of the plugs would not hold the plug in it was loose. The desk chair in the room was broken.

This motel is not clean. I would not recommend it to anyone. I had to move to another room due to bugs.also carpet was dirty and air conditioner was propped up with a piece of wood. Had to find another room at 1.30 in the morning. Also i couldnt get out of the reservation so I was stuck I wouldn't recommend Hotel.com nor this hotel

The staff was very, very nice.

The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and then there was a deodorizer to cover up the smell.
