"DO NOT STAY HERE!"

Comfort Inn 5-16-25 Tried to call front desk approximately 10:30pm regarding the problems in the bathroom, no one answered. 1. Shampoo and conditioner are empty. 2. Plastic holder on wall to hold shampoo & conditioner is broken. 3. Shower curtain rod is pulling tile away from wall, preventing curtain to close on both sides. Very loose & no tension. During the night my wife’s foot discovered a big tear in the bedding. 5-17-25 Noticed window curtain sheer is torn and some kind of black stain on the curtain

The Front Desk staff was amazingly kind and helpful and professional. Breakfast was decent pretty standard. The mattress was not very comfortable, felt like it was probably older. Linens were nice and clean, but the shower was dirty and had hair in it. It’s also just pretty rundown overall. I wanted to swim in the pool, but it looked not very clean so I didn’t use that either.

Location

The room smells bad. There was a spot of blood on the comforter. The WiFi doesn’t work. And we need hotspot to watch tv that’s ridiculous.

The place is in desperate need of maintenance. I booked a Jr suite with a King bed and sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was disgusting! Dirty, stained and it had cigarette burn holds in it. To gross to even seat on it. Our room had several water damaged walls. I shower curtain needed to be changed. The coffee maker inside the room was missing the coffee pot. The TV remotes were missing the battery covers.

The location

The smell In the room and hallways was awful, also i found trash in the pull out couch and a pocket knife. I paid alot of money to stay and it was awful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Food options was poor. 2nd floor had three different awful smells as you walked through. My rooms toilet kept running all night, and ac unit soaked carpet. Was told pool was heated and it was ice cold.
