Breakfast was our favorite part. The attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was dirty in my opinion and its because the floors in the bathroom were dirty, there were old cob webs on the walls, and the bathrub was also not pleasant. The people were nice, but the hotel itself could use some attention.

I enjoyed my 5 day 4 night stay here at the comfort inn it was quiet it did have an unpleasant smell in the hallway but once I entered my room it was clean and I didn’t smell anything. The breakfast was not the best and the second day it did make me nauseous. But beside that. Great stay at the Comfort inn I would go back

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Easy to make.

Some extra "polish" could have made it a much more enjoyable experience. For instance, no battery cover on the TV remote control -- instead, the batteries were held in by tape. The shower curtain wouldn't stay in place the width of the shower/tub, so water went around the sides, making for a slick floor (this could also lead to water damage and cost the hotel a lot of money in the long run). Internet was brutally slow (2 - 3 Mbps; a typical household gets at least 20. This made it hard to stream Netflix movies on my laptop.

The pool was opened and indoors.

The card key was tricky getting into the pool.

I booked a 2 night stay through capital one travel on October 3 for a stay Oct 4-6. When I checked in the receptionist I believe Lindsay was her name said the charge didn’t go through for both nights and I owed them the cost of one night. She said the reservation wouldn’t charge the full 2 night just hold the two nights and I had to pay for the second night. I told her that didn’t seem right but I paid. It was late what was I supposed to do? She said it’s was a hold like when you go to the gas station and it would fall off. Unfortunately I was in the hospital a week later (unrelated) and am just now getting a chance to go over my credit card statements. To my surprise, I was charged $233.65 and $102.30 for two nights for a rate of about $100 a night. I called the location today I spoke with Lindsay. First she said she can’t do a thing about it I have to speak to the manager in the morning. I asked what time she gave me an attitude saying “I don’t know sometime morning time”. She started speaking over me when I asked her to look at my transaction. She then said she only saw 1 charge for $234. I asked her what the charge for 102.30 and she said she didn’t see it and that I need to contact Hopper. I asked why I needed to contact the third party when she physically charged me in person and I asked what happened to the $102.30 and what was it for? I then asked her to clarify what she was seeing and she put me on hold for 5-10 minutes. When she returned she said she couldn’t help me and she hung up. I’m pretty sure she was the same person that checked me in. So I called back. She was being hostile on the phone and kept speaking over me. She then said the manager will be there Tuesday and she hung up again. I called my credit card to dispute the charge. Be careful if you stay here they are scamming.
