Comfort Inn & Suites Atlanta-Smyrna

The first room we had there was no hair dryer and the toliet was not stable. I used the toliet and when I went to flush it, it did not flush. I found the water shutoff and the valve handle was missing and looked like pliers were used to turn it on and off so it had been like that for a while. I let the front desk know and the lady changed our rooms. Because there were no other business suites I had to take a regular room. I did not get offered and compensation for taking a cheaper room. The second night when returning to the room there was a guy in the hallway setting on the heater vent by our friends door. We let the front desk know and they did not do anything about it and was scared to confront the guy. I had to walk them to their room so they felt safe.

Pool wasn't usable cause it has no heat

I really had problems besides I couldn't watch tv

When I needed help on the television, no one answered up front. So walked to the front no one was in site. I waited, and no one had ever come. I got help the next day.

It was Dusty that's what's on lamps the headboards of bed, other than that everything else was okay breakfast was not the greatest
