Room smelled like meldow couch smelled like Piss and Room wasn't cleaned properly ( Money,Toys and crumbs under the sheets and Bed

The lady who helped us check in was great... however, the hotel was run down and did not reflect pictures online. There was a STRONG accent of Marijuana in the hallways. It was sketchy enough that we left despite the room not being refundable and went somewhere else. Would not recommend at all

Hotel was older and not super clean. There were a lot of randoms hanging around and the smell of smoke was prevalent.

Dirty and blow dryer wasnt working, acruallu a fire hazard!

Well I liked the availability of getting the room. What I didn't like was the toilet had hair at the bottom of it and the shower head as well! The shower curtain looked like what could have been dried blood or mold /mildew on it to the point I couldn't take a shower! The tub hot water constantly ran ALL NIGHT to where I had to close the bathroom door and turn the TV up loud to not hear the water! The smoke detector/carbon dioxide was hanging off the wall! The light fixture was slanted light it was about to fall from the ceiling! Room 230 was a total inconvenience and disappointment! I also have pics for proof!

Need upgrades on fridge and microwave

First time having this experience normally the service is good!

The front desk staff were very friendly. We were happy with the location of the property because there were several restaurants close by and a nice local night spot for us to hang out as a group.

Although he front desk staff were very friendly, there was one staff member that was Dismissive when we reported the water was continuously running in the bathroom shower. Maintenance never showed to even check out the issue. After completing our "normal routine " of cleaning our hotel room to feel more comfortable we realized that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite sometime. The cleaning cloth was filthy. We figured there was no use in reporting this issue because the same staff member we reported the running water issue to also assured us, and I quote "all of our rooms are clean". The headboard had greasy hand stains across it, the chair in the room was hazardous because it was missing a wheel and when my husband sat down in it he had to grab onto the desk not to fall out of the chair. The curtains were tattered and need replacing, the couch in the room needed a deep cleaning, as well as the carpet. The food in the breakfast area was not appealing so we had to go out to grab breakfast. When we returned with our breakfast the woman that worked in the kitchen would not allow us to sit down to eat or food at the tables. It was right at 10 am and she said we're closed you cannot eat in here. That was very disappointing, we were going to tip her if she had showed some courtesy. It was 6 of us. We were disappointed with our overall stay and WILL NOT ever stay at that location again. My husband was very disappointed and wants to disconnect with the hotel chain as a whole.

The property was shabby and needs to be updated. The pool looked dirty and was informed though indoor it was not heated. There was dust on the tops of the tables in my room. The staff was friendly, however, and the bed was comfortable.
