Great little hotel quite friendly staff great value for money.

stayed 2 nights to visit gamefair at harewood house staff welcoming.food fair. twin room ok bathroom rather tired shower curtain needs replacing. good parking

This is a little gem of a hotel in quite suburb of Bradford The food was very good and the staff very friendly The room was very clean and extremely comfortable There is not really much around the hotel but you do not really need anything

Breakfast information and service was poor. Room wasn't as advertised when booked. Tv within a 'superior' room was extremely small - around 12inch and had viewing damage (3 coloured lines down the screen)!

Great staff, good food, good location for North Bradford areas, some charm, just enough off street parking. Big bonus was the incredible Lister Park at the end of the road - great park for kids with a boating lake. Room was fair, could have been a bit better maintained for the price but we would stay again for a night or two. Probably a better place for business people and couples but still definitely worth considering for a family.

I stayed overnight on 11/12 May. The room was everything I could have wished and the breakfast was very good indeed and very well served. My only complaint has to do with what happened when I arrived. I stood in an empty reception area for a good 15 minutes, waiting for someone to come and check me in. I could see someone serving drinks in the bar and went to speak to him and register my arrival on two separate occasions, but nothing happened. Eventually, the man whom I took to be the barman came across to reception and checked me in. There was no attempt either to explain why it had taken so long for this to happen or any apology either. For a short time I began to believe that I was invisible.

A 2 day stay to visit a friend in hospital and The Dubrovnik staff were wonderful. Very friendly and approachable without being invasive. Nothing appeared to be be a problem and had real concern when I felt unwell myself. The hotel, located in a quiet side road, is clean, warm and homely with decent size rooms and bathrooms. The only points that would improve would be easy chairs in the rooms (mine had two hard 'desk' chairs) and larger towels. The food, breakfast and dinner, was very well prepared and presented and at very reasonable cost. Would I stay here again? Most definitely
