"Dubrovnik Hotel not good for Business travelling"

The Hotel needs refurbishment: 1)my room was freezing cold due to the fact that it is heated only via an electrical radiator which switches on via the room key; 2) The shower in the bath tub was warned out and I couldn't use it since I could not find any button/dispositive to switch from the tub taps flow to the shower flow; 3) The main light in the room was broken and could not be repaired. The Hotel manager offered to change my room, though; 3) The breakfast was quite poor and cooked food was served cold (I had scrambled eggs on toast), without providing a choice of bread (brown/white); 4) The parking was limited on the front loan and difficult to spot in the other car park; 5) the hotel was clean and staff were very friendly but a real poor experience overall.

"Avoid this hotel"

Really disappointed really. Firstly the car park when I arrived was full and no spaces. There was another car park but I could not get access. When I was checking in the computer system was down and they took a while, service was ok but I was distracted by the brass band that plays in the hotel every Monday night. My room was like ice and the windows wide open. An electric heater that took a while to heat the room. The door to the room would not close from the inside so I had to sleep with the door open. When I told the guy on the desk he said it did close and that was it. They decided at 9:30 pm they would call my room to see if I was the owner of a grey car that was blocking the car park and they knew from the check in card that I was driving another car as they took my reg details on check in. I was provided with 1 small towel. For breakfast the restaurant is like a morgue deathly silent and full of workmen from across the street eating their breakfast. As it was so silent all you can hear is the sound of them eating and this put me off my breakfast. On check out the lady tried to charge me again.

"Unhappy customer"

Overall OK paid through Expedia and checked out early sunday morning to catch my flight nack to tje USA.My cousin stayed and was going to checkout at check out time since they leave in Manchester . The lady that checked her out made her pay £65 stating that i did not pay for our stay. She had no idea that someone could pay through other ways. Made a big fuse stating she would call the police if she didnt pay. She paid and neber even got yje receipt. Still waiting to hear from them for the refund. Fingers crossed its been three days and i have not heard from them.

"I will be back"

Staff were excellent. Very Professional. Good food and excellent service.( I am normally fussy) WIFI worked well in my room.
