The staff was excellent and they provided great customer service.

The main areas of the hotel are nice but the rooms are outdated. some of the appliances were very old and not up to standard. the sleep sofa was horrible. it is basically for kids but not for an adult. the rooms need to be touched up at least. This Marriott location is starting to be more like the Motel 6 in the room appearance. it is not the level I expect from a Marriott hotel. This is a 2 star place at best but could be at least a 4 star with some room renovations. I do not think I would stay there again.

I love this hotel, however this time I went just because I wanted a relaxing evening in the pool. When I got there they told me the pool area was temporary under construction. There where nothing else fun for me and my partner to do unfortunately because as I said we just went because of the pool. I think they should notice the costumers about the pool closing so we know before booking. I also think they should have a discount if the pool is not working. Otherwise, everything else was great.

My room had a bad smell to it. Also had stains on the carpet. When I opened up a clean towel there was a long brown hair in it.

Room was as requested in a quiet area, was well maintained, and clean. Television options were minimal. Be aware that road noise is obvious and hotel is located in a highly congested, traffic area. Noted when online reservations were made that the pool and fitness center was under renovation. No where found was that the public areas were also also renovation. Thus, the breakfast area was set-up in what appeared to be the old common area. Great lengths, to minimize dust/dirt from food service was implemented. The workers, with their plates overflowing, joined guests for their breakfast! Amenities such as The Market, juice/water machine, comfortable business center were non-existent. With that said, breakfast was good; selections replenished as needed. Employees were friendly and professional.

Upon my arrival. I was greeted with a very warm smile (sorry I don’t remember the lady’s name)at check in. Jimmy an employee was such a sweet person. He saw that I needed a cart and got one for me. He also loaded my bags upon the cart. His kindness didn’t stop there. He helped me to my room and unloaded my items. His attitude and attention will always be remembered.

Although this property was under renovation. The Employees made up for that.
