Handicap ppl should NOT stay here! Small luggage cart, no automatic doors, had to show two ids IT HAS NEVER BEEN NECESSARY TO SHOW BOTH OCCUPANTS IDS! No ice , called for batteries for remote they said go get it at lobby..remember we are handicapped! No walkin shower. The hotel smells like Marijuana and it is pretty beat up room So the bed was uncomfortable. Plastic sheet cover for mattress old beat up pillows . No counter on the bathroom sink! Oh the cherry on top of cake staff wss rude had to sign out silverware and i was told to take my garbage to lobby or leave it in room! Boxes outside room was NOT allowed when cleaning ppl wete in the hallway! Again we are handicapped and leaving boxes is a hazard

Average experience, nothing great nothing terrible. Front desk can be a bit slow to getting up there to you, but overall was fine.

My stay went smoothly. There was fortunately not much noise and it was very quiet. Also, I was on the third floor. I am glad that they provide breakfast options but the issue is there are not very many breakfast options and the problem is that there’s no place to sit for breakfast in any area. Another problem is that the hallway smells like chemicals or something but it’s not unhygienic. They need to do a better job at renovation. It is good for the price, but if I would have to come again, I would not.

It was a suite with small kitchen , but things were just working fine

We had two rooms (114, 136), both in similar states of disrepair. Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room and rest of the property was clean. Cons: Much is falling apart, some might be considered unsafe (exposed wiring), and the repairs they are making seem subpar and incredibly cheap. It seems they have replaced the mattresses with camp pads and covered each in thick plastic. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. No utensils available in the room, they have to be requested. Shower rods falling off and the faucet wasn't even attached to the wall. Duct tape is used to repair lights. Every, and I mean every lamp shade was torn or broken. The TV didn't work half the time. We had a short 2 night stay so we lived with this for the duration but we wont be back.

The property smelt like cigarettes. The outside door was always propped open because the key card reader did not work. The walls in the room are yellowing and dirty.

Property was nasty dirty stinky the bed was terrible and the furniture was so outdated it gave dirty

Room was filthy, nothing in room for the small kitchen no blankets and when I requested from front desk they only had one for a 2 bed room. They charged a $50 incidental fee and did not return it. Booked for 2 days left on one and went elsewhere disgusting is an understatement.
