Der prachtvolle paradiesische Garten der Hotelanlage ist wirklich beeindruckend und großartig! Die direkte Lage am Meer mit Blick auf Stromboli und die phantastischen Sonnenuntergänge ist auch ein Highlight! Restaurantpersonal extrem Aufmerksam und kompetent!

Personal an der Bar wenig aufmerksam, man wartet lang bis man wahrgenommen wird, Getränkekarte muss mehrmals geordert werden, es wird auch nicht nachgefragt ob man noch was bestellen will. Hier gibt es Luft nach oben!!

Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings. Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!

The location is excellent Beautiful gardens and aesthetics The views were amazing The little shop was adorable with curated local products The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was so serene and peaceful

The staff were absolutely lovely, but help was just … basic, and to the point. No one went above or beyond (or anywhere near it) Eg Can you tell us where we can find a parking station in tropea? All blue lines are car parks. Can you tell us about tours to Stromboli? Here’s a brochure (to the only tour the hotel recommends). Can we have a tiramisu in the bar? No, you can only have that in the restaurant (which is booked out) Can you do something about the big flashing light in our room? No it’s a safety light (NB we had two rooms and the light in one of them was thankfully broken, probably by a prior frustrated guest - they really need a solution for this) We had a bungalow room and a superior double room. The bungalow is beautiful but tiny, so avoid if lack of space bothers you. Also, the air conditioning in the bungalow room is extremely noisy and unusable at night (due to noise, and also it just doesn’t really work ) The cleaning was basic - there was a clump of hair in the shower (mine thankfully) from the day before after the cleaning service
