NH Collection Mexico City Reforma

Insurgentes駅に近く（徒歩3分程）便利でした。周辺には飲食店も豊富にあります。 お部屋はスーツケースを２、３個広げられるほどのゆとりがあります。 朝食会場は明るく開放的な感じで、食事も美味しかったです。

WiFiのパスワードを書いた紙を頂きましたが入れても繋がりませんでした。ユーザー名の入力も必要でしたが何を入れるのか記載がなく接続を諦めました。

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre dans un quartier safe, le personnel super agréable, la piscine, le petit déjeuner, la chambre en angle pour profiter de la vue et de la lumière.

Peut etre la salle de sport legerement petite mais sinon rien de spécial

Convenient location. Check in reception was professional and courteous Suite with terrace was nice and spacious Great rain shower.

Lacked thoughtful service. No one responded to the requests/inquiries via booking.com chat. (Was my husband’s birthday and asked for restaurant recommendations- twice) Every amenity in the room was only set up for 1 person so we had to ask for the 2nd set (over 3 times -via phone and in person at the desk) Room was spacious and modern but bit worn and tired on corners. Closet sliding door wouldn’t stay put kept closing on you. Bar on 1st floor was pricey - $35 for two lemonades! More expensive than in NY!!!

a pesar de estar localizado en la Zona Rosa el hotel se encuentra en una de las calles tranquilas y no hay mucho ruido. Lo mas maravilloso del hotel es su personal, eran todos muy amables, profesionales y atentos. El desayuno era excelente, variado y me gustò mucho. La habitacion todo muy bien, me hubiera gustado que el baño tuviera mejor iluminacion para poder arreglarme por la mañana, pero fuera de eso era super comodo.

Quise cenar un día en el restaurante del hotel, pero la carta era muy limitada, pedi unos tacos y parecia que les llegó la gentrificacion porque ni salsas me pasaron y las que pasaron no picaban. No deberian perder el sentido de nuestras tradiciones culinarias mexicanas. Me hubiera gustado quedarme mas tiempo para poder haber disfrutado de las instalaciones y alberca.

Location: 4.5 Check-in: 5 courteous and professional. Room: 4 (Suite with Terrace) it’s spacious but bit tired, you see the wear on the furniture. The living room area is spacious if rather sparsely furnished for the size of the space left something to be desired. Hospitality/service & Housekeeping (1): it was poor considering we booked for 2 ppl,there was only 1 set of toiletries (toothbrush, hairbrush, shower cap), 1 bathrobe, 1 pair of slippers, one courtesy drink voucher, 1complimentary bottle of water, 1 poncho (great idea since it showers often in this season but how are we supposed to share a poncho? ) we called right away and asked for a second set of robe/slippers. The front desk lady on 6/18 afternoon/evening was completely useless We had left the room and came back several hours later and nothing had been delivered. We called again and they just brought extra towels so we explained again. Finally a 2nd set of robe and slippers was delivered. this is NOT the level of service and lack of attention to detail at a 4 star hotel not to mention for one of the highest priced rooms in the hotel?? It was World Cup season and we wanted to watch the game on TV ( as the gentleman at check-in had told us which channel we can watch. But we forgot the channel he mentioned and after trying several channels we called the desk and the same unhelpful lady answered and said you can’t watch it in the room. It’s only available on the 1st floor(restaurant). We eventually figured out we could watch it on channel 5. So she was clueless if not lazy- she didn’t even try to find out. It was also my husband’s big 60 birthday and I had inquired in writing via booking.com’s portal a they completely ignored my question on recommendations for a restaurant in the area. We had a pleasant check-in experience but all the subsequent experiences with poor hospitality service was disappointing. We’ve stayed in a number of NH Collections hotels internationally. This was probably the worst in terms of service/attention by the staff.
