Great hotel. Everyone at the hotel… and especially Gabriela Islas in the restaurant… took such amazing care of our very large group. 1/2 of which were blind/visually impaired… incredible experience

"Not worth the budget"

NH Reforma is much below the standard you are used to in other NH hotels across the world. It was average clean in bedrooms, it was not clean in shared bathroom, and it very seriously lacked maintenance. Beds are really soft. The staff is nice and helpful. The restaurant is good.

Localizacao excelente, Sr Gabriel Benavides foi excelente em resolver um problema que tove no check in.

O hotel fica perto de uma area de bares / baladas e, por mais que o hotel se esforce, eh impossivel nao ouvir a musica desses lugares madrugada a dentro.
