Muy buena experiencia en NH Collection Mexico City Reforma. Mi estancia fue muy corta solo unas horas por un vuelo retrasado; llegué alrededor de la 1:30 am viajando sola por trabajo y, aunque no pude hacer el check-in online, en recepción todo fue súper rápido. Además, una persona me acompañó hasta mi habitación, lo cual agradecí mucho. El cuarto estaba muy limpio, amplio y cómodo. Muy buen servicio.

Me encanta el desayuno y la ubicación del hotel. También me parece que el gimnasio es conveniente.

Una de las señoritas de recepción fue poco receptiva a la hora de gestionar un early check-in, fue muy transaccional y con uy poco enfoque en las necesidades del huésped.

The hotel was a great choice. Easy walk to Historic center, hotel district restaurants, and park. Lots of restaurants and pubs near by. Modern features. Handshake Speakeasy was fantastic!
