NH Collection Mexico City Reforma

I stayed for two weeks and highly recommend the hotel. The location and facilities are excellent. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is very good. The service from all the staff is outstanding; I would especially like to highlight Grecia, who was always very kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well-located near Roma and Condesa, which has all the best restaurants and bars in the city. Our room was spacious with room for a roll-away bed. We were also quite satisfied with the housekeeping and staff. Special shoutout to Jesus, the very friendly and helpful concierge, who assisted us with all of our needs!

It’s in the middle of the party zone, so if you are sensitive to sound, it will be a nuisance as the clubs’ music can be heard throughout the night.

The hotel is very well located. It has everything a tourist needs. The room is comfortable overall.

My room was dark for my standards and the bathroom is not very comfortable.

It’s an ideal hotel with all the comforts for a stay in Mexico City. Excellent breakfast selection and a lovely pool area (albeit largely in the shade during the day).

The biggest issue I have with the hotel is the incessant high volume high bass music from the neighbouring nightclub. It affects the rooms that overlook the pool and the music plays from 22:00 to 04:00 Thursday to Sunday and on holidays. The disruption was so bad that we cancelled a return trip.

El NH esta super bien ubicado, desde el aeropuerto fuimos en metro realizando combinación, pero también tenes paradas de bus super cercanas. La zona es céntrica y aparenta segura, podes acceder a los distintos atractivos (Museo de Antropología, bosque de Chapultepec, Arena México, etc.) y restaurantes o taquerías, caminando. El Angel de la independencia está a pocas cuadras también. Cajeros y supermercados, cerca. El personal del hotel es super amable. Queremos destacar sobre todo a Braulio y Eric, quienes nos acompañaron a las habitaciones correspondientes (ya que nos quedamos en dos oportunidades) y con suma amabilidad nos explicaron y evacuaron todas nuestras dudas en relación a la ciudad. Junto a Braulio incluso contratamos un tour hacia Teotihuacan, sin dudas, vale la pena. Y, también queremos mencionar a la recepcionista Grecia, super atenta en todo momento. El hotel cuenta con un desayuno muy completo y en términos de calidad, muy bueno. También tiene gimnasio, y piscina al aire libre. Además, dentro tiene un Starbucks donde podes adquirir diferentes productos. Las habitaciones fueron espaciosas y confortables, la televisión y el WiFi funcionan muy bien. El minibar es completo y dan agua de cortesía, la pava eléctrica funciona perfecto asi que pudimos tomarnos unos matecitos. Sin lugar a dudas, volveríamos. Relación precio-calidad: excelente.
