La ubicación está muy bien El gimnasio está bien también.

Los productos del desayuno no tienen la calidad que se espera en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Las frutas no eran de temporada. La habitación es pequeña y tienes lavabo fuera con lo que si hay que usarlo en la noche, despiertas a la otra persona. Habíamos reservado una habitación con sofá y pedimos que no hubiera ruidos, nos dieron una pegada a las máquinas de los ascensores y la primera noche no pegamos ojo. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a otra que no tenia sofá. Ninguna disculpa Necesitamos anular una reserva de un restaurante y pedimos ayuda al concierge, me atendió de mala gana y al final me dijo que llamara yo y me cobraron la llamada.

We just got back from our stay there and there was a mix of good and not so great. The good: It is in a great location, has lots of nice restaurant options within the hotel as well as walking distance. The lobby and main level is beautiful. They brought up a small cheesecake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Since I'm a member, they also extended the check out time which was very helpful since we had a late night flight. The not so good: The room was very mediocre and not what I expected based on the photos. The lobby is really beautiful but the room was really average. From the moment we arrived, the ladies checking us in didn't seem very hospitable.. it felt like we were just another guest they were checking in.. nothing special and no real warmth. The housekeeping randomly came at like 730pm one evening knocking really loudly and immediately opening the door without giving you a chance to even get out of bed. Then again the morning of our checkout close to 9am which was really an inconvenience as we wanted to get rest. As much as the gesture of the cheesecake was nice, unfortunately it tasted terrible and we didn't eat more than a bite. Our mini fridge didn't close when we arrived so all the drinks were hot. Overall, the experience was very okay. Not good but not really terrible. I wouldn't stay here again. We stayed at another hotel prior to this in the historic area and it was beyond our expectations and the staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I'd recommend staying at other hotels in the area that may be better.
